Description
We have successfully secured the development of 5 new units in Rugby which are being built over 2 phases during 2019.
Roofing
There is around 9,000 sq. metres of Kingspan RW panel on the roof including Kingspan Daylight polycarbonate rooflights. There is also around 600 metres of membrane lined insulated gutters on the buildings.
Cladding
The wall panels are a combination of Kingspan RW and 1000MR ‘Micro rib’ panels totalling around 14,000 sq. metres on the units. The eaves details are mainly aluminium bull nose details to suit with standard flashings to other cladding areas.
