We secured this refurbishment scheme with United living and completed all the phases between 2019-2023 in a project worth £5 Million.
The Works
We compelled this development of circa 4000 sq. metres of flat to pitch and built up roofing conversion along with aluminium cuppings. The cladding was north of 300 sq metres with full rainscreen system and 3mm aluminium cassettes in various colours to the multiple blocks we carried out work on.
